Returns

At k9trailslayers.co.uk, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products; however, we understand that there may be times where you would like to return goods.  We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible goods to us for a refund.  

Eligible goods

To be eligible for return, items must be in an 'as new' and re-sellable condition with original tags (if present).  They must be unused, unworn and not soiled.  We reserve the right to inspect the goods before issuing a refund. Goods that do not meet the above standards will not be considered for return.  

Returns Procedure

Let us know that you are returning something by emailing us at support@k9trailslayers.co.uk. Make sure to include your order number in the correspondence.  Once we have received your request, we will send you an email with the returns address.  When posting items back to us, please ensure that you enclose the original order number and contact details, so that we can deal with your return more quickly.    

Exemptions

Please note that returns of custom or personalised items is not possible, unless damaged or faulty.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged item, please contact support@k9trailslayers.co.uk to inform us of the issue and start the returns process. 

Exchanges

Please note that we cannot exchange items.  If you would like an item in a different size, please place a new order in the correct size from the website and return the item that is not required by following our returns process. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will arrange a refund back through the card used to place the original purchase.
