Availability

As k9trailslayers.co.uk is a new business, we are still learning about what stock levels we should keep.  This means that we will hold some items in stock, but other items will be made to order or subject to pre-ordering.  In the short term, this will slightly increase our lead times; however, we are working hard to reduce delivery times and costs to our customers as much as possible.

'In stock' items

Items that are 'in stock' can be placed into the shopping cart and will be shipped once all items in the order are available.

'Made to order' items

Items that are 'made to order' can be placed into the shopping cart and purchased as normal.  There is normally a 2 week lead time on these items.

Pre-ordering

Any 'out of stock' products can be pre-ordered.  Please contact support@k9trailslayers.co.uk with your pre-order requirements.  Please note that there will be a lead time of approximately 1 week for trailing lines and harnesses, and between 2-3 weeks for clothing.

Custom orders

Custom orders can be placed by contacting support@k9trailslayers.co.uk with a description of the item and the customisation requirements.  The lead time for customisation is 2-4 weeks, depending on the stock availability of the item.
